Stacey McCreery, Founder and president, ROI Search Group
Stacey McCreery established ROI Search Group following her extensive tenure as executive director of Indiana University Health, the largest healthcare system in Indiana. The scope of her work was broad and included the mergers and acquisitions of several hospitals, system-wide corporate budgeting and training, as well as the financial integrations of several hospitals and physician groups. McCreery’s previous engagements include financial responsibility for three Indianapolis hospitals: Methodist Hospital, University Hospital, and Riley’s Hospital for Children. She was with the transformation team at the largest healthcare system in Indiana, saving $54 million through lean efforts.
Patti Medvescek, BSMT, MPA
Patti Medvescek is a Program Manager, Data Analytics and Operational Improvement for Strategic Financial Planning at IU Health in Indianapolis. She started her career in the clinical laboratory at Methodist Hospital and continued to support laboratory medicine at Winona Memorial Hospital before moving on to Roche Diagnostics in positions within the Quality and Technical Support Departments. Her current role encompasses her passion for process improvement with her experience and clinical knowledge. In her various roles as supervisor, manager and director, she was involved in employee selection, retention and development for a diverse range of team members., including entry level lab techs up to her management teams. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences including IBM Watson and Children’s Hospital Association.
