Information Regarding Your PROPEL Benefits

Your PROPEL membership is getting an upgrade. We are very excited to announce that we will launch a new learning management system (LMS) in the coming weeks. The PROPEL support team will provide regular updates throughout the transition.

 

This page describes how the new LMS will affect your PROPEL experience.

Your PROPELCDI Profile will be moved to our new LMS. All of the same features—your monthly calls, resources, and CDI assessments—will be available on the new system.

 

If you purchased additional online learning courses, those courses will also be moved to the new system. Rest assured—your accounts will be set up just like they were before. All of the following will be retained in the new system:

  • Reporting access and structure

  • Admin privileges

  • All learners’ completion history

 

The new LMS provides a more user-friendly and intuitive interface for learners and administrators. We think you will love the new system. See the bottom of this page for more details on the LMS.

 

We expect a short lapse in access during this transition, and we will work to minimize any impact during business hours. We will give you plenty of heads up as to when your staff will not be able to access their PROPEL Profile and online learning courses.

The upgrade does not impact your access to JustCoding.com or to your monthly call recordings or resources. The only thing that will change is how staff access the JustCoding Essential Skills Online Learning Library and any other online learning courses you purchased for staff.

The New LMS Provides:

 

  • Learning Paths allow admins to customize the learning experience by creating sequences of classes which must be taken in a specific order.

  • Assignment Scheduling enables admins to plan assignments and dispense them automatically.

  • Continuing Education and Certificates allow learners to receive confirmation and validation of course completion. 

  • Manager Portals allows Managers and/or parent accounts to see progress of team members.
