With HCPro's new LMS, you will have the ability to more easily administer courses, track course status, and document participant progress. Managers can stay aware of employees’ training status and demonstrate that key stakeholder teams have received timely, consistent education on mission-critical topics. The PROPELProfiles (custom online membership hubs) of PROPELCDI and PROPELLong-Term Care members will also have a fresh new look and login page.

 

As part of this upgrade, you will experience a brief lapse in access to your HCPro online learning courses and PROPELProfiles for PROPELCDI and PROPELLong-Term Care memberships. Important Dates:

 

1/16/20  Finish any online modules in progress.


1/16/20  Administrators (those with “Power User” capabilities like adding users, assigning courses, and running reports), attend an informational webinar on the new platform. Register here.


1/17/20 - 1/31/20   Migration occurs—brief system blackout when access won’t be available for HCPro online learning courses and PROPELProfiles for PROPELCDI and PROPELLong-Term Care memberships. The PROPEL team is available by email to answer questions or share specific membership content you need to reference during this transition period.


2/3/20   Receive new system log-in information.
